Our founder, Richard, has had an extensive career in the food and beverage industry for over four decades. Starting off as a Farm Cadet, Richard gained experience in the dairy industry before moving into the food manufacturing sector, where he worked as a production supervisor and manager for a major food manufacturer. He also built a meat processing plant for a Korean company and worked as an Operations Manager for a major brewery in Auckland. For the last 7 years Richard has worked exclusively in the filtration sector attending specialized training sessions in Germany and Australia and New Zealand on various filtration method.

With his chemical and filtration background, Richard has developed his expertise in providing sound advice to customers on removing contaminants from various products, including water, beer, wine, soft drinks, and wastewater systems. This expertise has expanded into the domestic market, where we supply filters that remove chlorine and other contaminants from domestic water, including health risks such as nitrates, heavy metals, and microbiological contaminants.
