The system removes chlorine using a process called adsorption:​

3. Simultaneously, the physical structure of the block traps fine sediment, rust, and silt, delivering polished, crystal-clear water to every tap in the house.​

Product Warranties​

We offer tiered warranty coverage depending on the type of product purchased. All warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.​

• Filtration Systems (Under-Sink, Whole-House, Reverse Osmosis): Covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.​
• Replacement Filters & Membranes: Covered by a 30-day functionality guarantee. Because filter life depends entirely on local water quality and usage, we cannot warrant filters for a specific lifespan.​
• Parts & Accessories (Faucets, Tubing, Connectors): Covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.​

What is excluded? Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper installation, water pressure exceeding recommended limits, misuse, or failure to replace cartridges according to the recommended schedule.​
