Product Warranties
We offer tiered warranty coverage depending on the type of product purchased. All warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Filtration Systems (Under-Sink, Whole-House, Reverse Osmosis): Covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
- Replacement Filters & Membranes: Covered by a 30-day functionality guarantee. Because filter life depends entirely on local water quality and usage, we cannot warrant filters for a specific lifespan.
- Parts & Accessories (Faucets, Tubing, Connectors): Covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
What is excluded? Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper installation, water pressure exceeding recommended limits, misuse, or failure to replace cartridges according to the recommended schedule.

If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
